Domestic Shipping

We try to ship as quickly as possible. Orders usually go out within 2 days of ordering if all the items are in stock, most times much quicker.If not,it'll be a week delay.

However, during peak times (new releases and holidays) you will need to allow a couple more days for processing. PLEASE NOTE: once your package hits the post office, we will give you a tracking number.

We deliver to all locations across the Canada. Shipping typically takes around 4 business days.

We have warwhouse at Canada,It will take 5-6 days to be delivered due to destinations.

Optional shipping protection available in cart after adding the lamp, you can add our shipping protection at cart page, covering full value for lost, broken or stolen parcels; one protection covers your entire order. 

Xcotton parcel insurance fees: CAD 1.39 for 1 item, CAD1.64 for 2 items, CAD 2.49 for 3 items, CAD 2.92 for 4 items, CAD 3.77 for 5 items, CAD 4.62 for 6 items, with further incremental pricing for more units.
