We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Product protection and return insurance
If you choose xCotton Shipping Protection/Product Protection refund insurance during the payment process, when the product is damaged during transportation or you want to return the goods after receiving them, you can get a refund directly through xCotton insurance without returning the product and you can keep the product at your disposal.
Return goods
To start a return, you can apply for a refund on our website, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. After receiving the returned product, we will refund to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Another slower way is for you to first return the product you want to exchange, and then we will ship you a new product once we receive it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
